Meeks Products have a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and material under normal use from the date of purchase.
Meek mirror glass is warranted for 15 years against spoilage. Specialty mirrors (such as laminated) are warranted for 5 years against spoilage.
Tempered Mirror does not have the same optic quality as ¼” float mirror and there may be distortion, irregularities, and haziness. This is due to the high temperatures required to temper the glass. For this reason, Meek does not extend a warranty on the surface quality of the tempered mirror. Tempered mirror has a 2-year warranty against mirror spoilage and a 1-year warranty against defects in workmanship.
Meek toilet paper dispensers, soap dispensers, and hand towel dispensers are guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship and material under normal operating conditions.
Meek purchases specialty items that may have a different warranty.
For example, certain electric hand dryers have a lifetime warranty. Please contact Meek Customer Service for specifics on those products.
Warranty does not cover improper cleaning of the mirror.
Wood frames should be cleaned in the same matter as wood furniture.
Damage from the use of corrosive cleaners containing ammonia, bleach, etc is not covered in the warranty and voids the spoilage warranty. Rust and discoloration to stainless steel parts resulting from exposure to harsh environmental and/or chemicalconditions are not considered to be defects in workmanship or material and there is no express or implied warranty for such conditions.
Meek Warranty does not cover product failures due to improper mounting of any products purchased from or manufactured by Meek.
It is the responsibility of the general contractor, installer/owner to ensure that all products are mounted with appropriate fasteners to structurally sound walls, etc to meet and exceed all local, state and federal codes and that they are mounted in the position to meet ADA and other building codes for the appropriate regulatory authority.
Warranty claims may be submitted by calling Meek Mirrors and/or may require a photo and the possible return of the defective item.
Purchaser is responsible for paying return freight in some cases. In all cases, the purchaser’s only remedy against Meek is for the replacement or repair, at Meeks’ option.
Meek warranties do not cover damage due to theft or vandalism. Meek is not responsible for damages for field labor or installation, lost profits, lost sales, injury to persons or property, or for any other loss.
